Tanning room way too small. Someone walked in mid spray tan. I asked for a light tan but it was super dark.

C was my consultant today. I had booked a spray tan "colour consultation" in hope to discuss the difference in colours and what would best suit me. I explained to C that I don't like turning out yellow after a spray tan. C's manner during our extremely brief "colour consultation" was rude, rushed, immature and dismissive. C then lead me to a private booth and told me to get undressed. I asked her when we would choose the spray tan colour, as she said she will TELL me what it was once I was ready (ie: undressed). So, there I am, 48 years old, naked and cold, waiting for C (who I find rude and dismissive), to come and TELL me what colour I'm going to be. Where is the consultation in that? Where is the service in that? C came back to announce she will spray me a golden colour - not at all what I asked for. I told her I do not wish to proceed with the spray - as she left she rolled her eyes. I have been having spray tans for over 20 years, and am a regular client of Celcuis. My experience today was dismal. The worst client service I have encountered. Celcius only saving grace was that another consultant came in to ask if I would like to continue the spray tan with her. I have since cancelled 4 make up sessions with Celcuis (for a wedding party) as C was booked in to be one of the make up artists. What a shame Celcius. You have lost my loyal patronage.

Kept Hollywood tan on for 2.5 hours and it completed washed off from rinsing. Got resprayed, tan washed off yet again. By this time I had given up on a respray seeing that it's clearly going to make no difference. Employees informed me to wait and let it develop when I called again, it did not develop. Did not call back because I did not wish to get yet another spray that wasn't going to work- would have preferred a refund. Unfortunately wont be coming back due to the price of $45 where all other tanning locations range from $20-30 and also due to the disappointing end result.

I've been to Celsius for an express tan three times now and every time the tan has been a disappointment. The first time it was way too dark, the second time it all washed off and never developed back and the third time it didn't stick on my legs and washed off completely. So disappointing and an absolute waste of money.

Hi guys, I have been a client of yours for years and have always been happy with the service and product. On Thursday 31st January I had a spray tan at 630pm. I made it very clear to the girl that I wanted a natural looking tan and would it be ok for me to wash it off at 4am the following morning - she said that would be fine. I woke up the next day completely orange! And my feet and hands were so so dark - I looked absolutely ridiculous! Over the next couple of days it got worse and very patch, although I was moisturising twice a day. I did email my complaint to you but never heard a response. I have since found an amazing spray tanning place for $25 and I will be recommending them from now on. I hope you find this feedback useful and that you can fix the problem so that future clients don't have the same experience that I had. Thanks Abby 0404 878 124

there was a dog in the waiting room and I was made to go out and get a voucher from my car which was sent to all members which was annoying. That was in the tanning celsius, the skin centre however was fantastic. I will not be going back to the tanning beds.
